Shanghai Modacrylic Flame Retardant Textiles Co., Ltd. is a leading company, which is specialized in manufacturing fire retardant products. We produce various kinds of fire retardant fabric products, includig flame retardant work clothes, kids wears, airline blankets and so on. All the products are made from fire proof material, such as 100% flame retardant polyester, 100% fire retardant cotton, Modacrylic&Cotton, Nomex and Indura.
We produce Modacrylic products, which are "permanent fire retardant" and also "naturally fire retardant". Such products are based on Modacrylic fibre factory located in Fushun, which own the whole set production line imported from SNIA company in Italy. It is the only domestic modern enterprise with this production line.
The Modacrylic fibre is one kind of function fibres. Its scientific name is Vclon Saran which with the characteristic of acrylic and polyvinyl chloride fiber, so that it performs well in keeping warm, wool-like, dying behavior, infiltrating moisture, uneasy to pilling. It contains high scientific technology and additional value.
At present, we procduce five kinds of products, including special function work clothes, which can with fire resistant, water proof, anti-stastic and other function. We have the EN531, EN533 and EN470-1 test report fot this kind of products. Fire Retardant Baby wears, which can meet the standard of Environmental protection. Airline Blankets, which has passed FAR 25.853, cooperated with many airline companies all over the world. Fire Retardant Decorative Fabric, which has wonderful design and widely used in the first-grade hotels and homes. We have the BS5852 test report for the furnishing fabrics. Fire retardant high visibility workwears: Such as Hi-Vis vest, pant, jacket, and so on. The material can be polyester, modacrylic, modacrylic with cotton and so on. We have the EN471 test for the high visibility products.
